Alexandra Studio01 · In their words
From studios who have used us on live projects.
Smit is a thoughtful, punctual, and incredibly precise CAD designer. He is attentive to detail, responsive, and consistently delivers excellent work. A pleasure to work with, I highly recommend him!
We’ve been working with AIDE Solutions for about a year and have had a great experience. They are quick, responsive, communicate well and do a great job translating our design direction into professional drawings and visualizations. Their support saves our studio valuable time and helps elevate our client presentations. I would absolutely recommend AIDE Solutions to other designers.
02 · Selected work
Recent production across documentation and visualisation. Pick a category, then step through the set.
03 · How you work with us
The usual worry about outsourcing is being handed to someone who passes your job down a chain. That is not how this works.
You brief us, you review with us, you send redlines to us. Nothing is relayed through a coordinator who has never opened your drawing.
When a deadline needs more hands, the team scales on production. The quality standard and the point of contact stay the same.
The reliability of a full time team member without the salary. You pay for the sheets and the views you actually commission.
04 · Rates
Starting rates in USD. Scope, sheet count and a fixed price come back before anything begins.
Studios working with us have cut project costs by up to 50% against in house or local production, while turnaround and drawing accuracy improved.
05 · Services
Collaborating with designers to boost efficiency and lower costs at every stage. Listed in the order a project moves, from first presentation through to what the fabricator builds from, and delivered to your templates, your layer standards and your title block.
Concept sheets, layouts, mood and material boards: the pack you put in front of a client to get the scheme agreed.

Interior and exterior renders for client sign off: the images that get a scheme approved without another meeting.
Stills · Interior views · Elevation renders
A coordinated model built to your level of development, so schedules, sections and sheets all come from one source.
Revit · Model setup · Families & schedules
Full working drawing sets: plans, sections, elevations, details and schedules, sheeted and ready to issue.
Permit sets · IFC drawings · Redline pickups
Measured quantities pulled from the drawings or the model, structured so your estimator can price rather than count.
Material takeoff · Structured schedules
Fabrication level drawings for joinery, millwork and assemblies, dimensioned for the people actually building it.
Joinery · Millwork · Assembly details
Empty rooms furnished digitally, for property listings or to show a client how a space reads once it is lived in.
Listing images · Concept staging
06 · How it works
One point of contact, a fixed scope before anything starts, and revisions handled the way your own team would handle them.
Sketches, a marked up PDF, a partial model: whatever you have. Along with your template, layer standard and title block if you have one.
We come back with what we understand the deliverable to be, the sheet count, and a fixed price and date. Nothing starts until you confirm it.
We draft in your standards and schedule to your time zone: overlap hours for live coordination, and the rest of our day for production while your studio is closed.
Hand over the brief, the model or the marked up set before you log off.
Production runs through our working day against your standards.
Progress is waiting when you open the file. Review and redline it.
We speak live in the window our days share, then the cycle repeats.
One full production shift gained per working day
You mark it up as you would in house. We pick up the redlines and return the corrected set.
Native files and PDFs, sheeted and named to your convention. Your set, your standards, our production.
07 · Why studios work with us
Architects and interior designers who have worked on international projects, not generalists learning your drawing conventions on your job.
We work inside your existing file structure and naming. You should not have to change how you work in order to use us.
Take on the project you would otherwise turn down. Capacity that expands for a deadline and contracts after it, without a hire.
We work in whatever the project is already drawn in, and to your template, layer standard and title block. If a job needs a package we have not used, we will tell you rather than force the file into something else.
08 · Contact
Tell us the drawing type, the deadline and the file format you need back. We reply with scope, price and a date, usually the same working day.
